I am a former renter. I could never get them to fix anything and they got mad and hateful when I called them again. When we moved out they kept most of my deposit even though I left it in considerable better shape than when we moved in. I considered suing them, and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Never and I mean never lease from these people if you don't like being ripped off. They would send me late notices and threaten to take me to court it it wasn't paid in 5 business days, when I had paid them a week early (which fell in the month before it was due.) They aren't smart enough to figure out I had paid early. Worst experience I ever had for a leasing a home.

I would have rather had my house sitting empty and rotting to the ground before I ever let World Realty find me another tenant. The tenant they found for me lived in my house for 6 months, paid rent late or not at all, broke the lease, and destroyed my house. After several thousand dollars in damages I would have been better off letting the house sit empty. I repeatly informed the property manager of lease infractions from day one, and they did nothing about it. It turns out that World Realty is doing credit repair for their clients in order to help them qualify to rent their properties. This is a conflict of interst if you ask me. STAY AWAY FROM WORLD REALTY IF YOU VALUE YOUR INVESTMENT! They are liars and thieves as far as I am concerned.
