My wife and I recently rented a property through another property management company, after being approved for the property the owner switched to weaver property management a week and a half before our move in date. Mrs. Weaver could not find paper work that sent over to her office, made us fill out another application, and insisted that she didn't receive notice of our deposit and had no idea were it was. We went back and forth between the two companies without any resolution, meanwhile my wife and four chidren were panicking wondering where will we be living come the beginning of november. After we found a place and asked for the deposit back, she insisted that she had no idea where the money was and that we would have to wait until the owner got a bank statement and showed her that he received the deposit before issuing our money back. The other reality company has already gave the money to the owner and has proof , but weaver still insist that we wait and refused to give us the owners info so we could correspond with them and get the matter resolved. Besides the obnoxious and rude way she talked to my wife, as if she was put out by doing her job, they never did what they initially said they would do and that was to honor the previous reality company agreement about the house. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
