BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND GREAT TIMING PICKD ME UP IN 10MIN Dispatch was very nice help'd me with ever problem and question i had (it was my first time taking a cab EVER) Driver was awesome Clean cab VERY NICE even gave me a discount !!!!!!! BEST COMPANY EVER KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I take taxi once a week to the airport, I am very satisfied with the service united cab is offering in arlington.Always no time ,nice drivers, clean cab.I recommend to take united cab.

This was the worst experiance I have ever had in my life. I called for a cab at 12:50 and they told me they would be here in twenty minutes. So after I waited 35 I called to see what was going on and was told that they had called another cab company "Yellow Cab" because they didn't have a driver. They never bothered calling to inform me that this was going on. Then I got a call from the driver from the other terrible cab company at 1:50 and he said that he would be here in 15 minutes. Now here it is 2:20 an hour and thirty minutes after I was told a cab would be here in 20 minutes and I am still waiting and the cab driver from Yellow cab will not answer his phone and I am still waiting to get to where I need to go.
