Worst Ever

We had a bridal shower here and it was awful we went to the spa first and the employees were rude didnt care what we wanted at all The stylist Mark ruined my hair the cut was choppy and terrible he burnt the ends when he gave me highlights my hair was all frizzy and it look terrible. My girlfriends got thier makeup done and I dont know what kind of makeup they use but we were all broken out with in hours. When we finally got to the actual shower the event coordinator hadnt even set up our room yet the food was late getting out and when it finally did the sandwiches were soggy like they had been sitting out for hours, we had our shower in the cafe and found at least 6 roaches there during my shower. I was mortified! The cake came from a box and they dumped hersheys syrup on it it was disgusting! We paid over 800$ just for the shower and this is the service that we got! When I tried to complain I was told better luck next time basically and then the girl hung up on me, I dont remember her name but I did take my complaint to the Owner Dr Bergstrom and she also told me the same thing. There was no resolution and including the spa the girls that threw my shower were out over $1000 dollars! Dont waste your money these people do not care about you one bit once they get thier money you really are out of luck! The food is gross and comes from a box and the service is the worst. Go somewhere else!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed! We had our wedding here and Lacy the Event Coordinater was terrible she got everything wrong, our room wasnt the right room the music was blaring loud all night not to mention its the worst music ever sounds like some creepy music from the Haunting in the 30's. We didnt get any sleep, the sheets were dirty we heard all the employees talking bad about eachother the entire time we were there. The food tastes like it came from a package and we paid 35 a plate for it! Dr B the Owner refused to compensate us in any way and we paid almost 18000 dollars for the wedding and rooms. I wanted to cry it was so awful! I would never recommend this place to anyone it is completly disorganized and obviously the employees have not been trained correctly. Dr B is a greedy rude person who doesnt care about anyone except her money. Dont let the beauty of this place fool you it is a complete rip off!

This place is an incredible find....it is located within minutes of the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium. It has a full bar with happy hours and free food from 6-7pm. We had dinner on Friday night and spent the night in one of the suites for only $249. For what this place offers, that price was a steal. Their chef made the best Big Breakfast I have ever had. We've booked to come when George Strait opens the stadium and they've even arranged drop off and pick up from the stadium.....I'm sold!

The Sanford House Inn is beautiful and superb. I would give it 5 stars with no doubts. The staff is excellent, the new management is fabulous. Even had breakfast there during my stay and it was wonderful. Their cheif and food were amazing! I would recommend this to all my family and friends!!

I have stayed here many times, in several of the different rooms, and it has always been exceptional. The rooms and cottages have always been pristine, and the courtyard and the events they hold there have been phenomenal! I went to their live jazz on Fridays and brought a group of friends along - we had a great time, and will probably come again soon. The staff has always been courteous and provide fantastic service. The remodeling inside looks great! The spa also has great service, and I always get the best pedicures there.
