Been going to Burt Grants for years and I love it. Tom does the best massages. Ask for him. Jenny does the best haircuts. If she ever leaves I'll be in BIG trouble!

Me and my mom went to Burt Grant to get our hair done for my engagement party that was taking place that night. Our appt was at 2:30 and we got there my mom was called back right away and I sat and waited on my stylist for 20-30 minutes and there was a few other peolple that had been waiting for a while. i finally got called back and we sat down at her station no longer then 15 minutes and her other client was already arriving. Not to mention that she talked badly about her previous client the whole time while the client was sitting right in front of us & im sure heard what she was saying. Anyone that works in the salon industry knows that, THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. (i used to work in the industry my self). She completely chopped off my bangs...WAYY to short. My moms haircut was HORRIBLE... My girl did a good job with the cut but destroyed my bangs and did no texturing whats so ever! And my moms girl just did bad! I can say that the receptionist they had was very friendly and nice! Thats about it!

I've been a client of Burt Grants for years now. Everytime I leave I feel refreshed and glamorous. From super friendly and knowledgeable staff to the free tea and treats they give you while you're waiting. Great place to spend the day pampering yourself or simply rush to on your lunch hour for a cut and brow wax.
