I bought a top on the line computer and monitor at this best buy and discovered Fry's had the same computer on sale for quite a bit less PLUS they included a printer. when I return with my sales receipt and a current Fry's advertisement, I got a run around. they said they do not do mail in rebates, so that amount was off limits and forget about the printer. To add insult to injury, their prissy little clerk (I think he was mail, yet hard to tell from his demeanor) did everything he could to reduce the amount of money that Best Buy refunded in on my "Price Guarantee."

My experiences at this store have always been pleasant. I'm able to park near the door, I'm greeted when I come in, and I'm able to find a sales person to help me with what I need to purchase. Overall, a very nice experience.
