Description:
The Planetarium at UTA (The University of Texas at Arlington) shows a broad range of fun and educational shows in its 165-seat domed theater. Displays shown on the 60-foot-wide dome go beyond star shows, with special films on the theories surrounding spatial events black holes and other shows about modern and historical understandings of the universe. Located near the center of the UTA campus, the planetarium is close to The Gallery at UTA, which displays varied contemporary art works.
